Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made from Tuca Shops (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through our Shopify-powered website.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
-Items must be unused and unworn
-Original tags must be attached
-Items must be returned in their original packaging
-A valid order number or proof of purchase is required
-Returns requested after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Sale & Promotional Items (Final Sale)
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
This includes, but is not limited to:
-Discounted items
-Promotional items
-Combo or bundle deals
Buy 2 Get 1 Free Promotion
For our Buy 2 Get 1 Free offer, all three hats are considered sale items and are final sale.
No returns, refunds, or exchanges are allowed on any item included in this promotion.
Return, Refund & Exchange Fee
Any exchange, return, or refund is subject to a $10 processing fee.
-The $10 fee applies per order, not per item
-The fee will be deducted from the refund amount or charged at the time of processing
This fee applies regardless of the reason, including exchanges and refunds
Return Authorization Required
-All returns or exchanges must be approved before being sent back.
-To request authorization, contact us at tucashops@gmail.com with your order number.
-Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Shipping Costs
-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
-Original shipping fees are non-refundable
-We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
-Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
-The $10 processing fee will be deducted
-Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed only after return approval and inspection and are subject to product availability.
All exchanges are subject to the $10 processing fee.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
1. Check your bank or payment provider
2. Contact your credit card company
3. Contact us at support@tucashops.com if the issue persists
